ROBUST STEEL
Continuous steel from blade to handle ensures a high degree of stability. The steel is made from a high-quality X50CrMoV15 alloy. These components ensure durable edge retention and long service life with appropriate toughness and high corrosion resistance. The food to be cut is cut exactly and not “sawed” or even crushed; this means that the cut food retains precious flavors.
