The new MH SUPER 114 , a machine designed for the production of gourmet burgers and meatballs. The new version can process all types of meat: beef, pork and chicken, as well as products such as vegetable proteins and fish.
With a capacity of up to 60 hamburgers per minute, the equipment can work with molding discs from 22 to 130 mm in diameter. It can also work with rectangular-shaped disks up to 180 mm in length. The machine features a first flattening roller that enables different portion diameters to be produced with the same molding disc.
The design is compact and hygienic, making the machine easy to assemble, disassemble and clean.
