The story began when 12-year-old Gelindo Bertoldi had to leave Italy to support his family. He joined his uncle, who was then the only knife sharpener in Montreal. He had come a long way from his humble beginnings, when he had to push a simple cart through the streets to transport his equipment.

His hard work and vision propelled the company to success. A tradition of excellence handed down through 5 generations!
